Pushing forward. Being anywhere BUT here. Jesus came that we might have LIFE and have it
ABUNDANTLY----spilling over.
For NOW.
For this moment *HERE*.
Col 1: 15-18 We look at this Son and see the God who cannot be seen. We look at this Son and see God's original purpose in everything created. For everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible, rank after rank after rank of angels—everything got started in him and *FINDS ITS PURPOSE IN HIM*. He was there before any of it came into existence and *HOLDS IT ALL TOGETHER* right up to this moment.***In HIM we *LIVE* and *MOVE* and *HAVE OUR BEING* Acts 17:28
He gives us grace for each moment. Promises and Hope for tomorrow yes......but HOPE and LIFE and JOY even in THIS MOMENT HERE....that HE is here. With us NOW. Fulfilling His Word in our lives *NOW*. If we are not careful to be fully present where we are in THIS moment.....we might miss out on some incredible Divine appointments He has for us TODAY. Today is what we have in our hands. It is YOURS to do with what you WILL....but if it's HIS will you are seeking then He will take TODAY----every last second of it----and transform even the ordinary and mundane into something truly beautiful. He will bring peace to your soul now. He who calmed the OCEANS can calm your troubled spirit.
Just watch it all unfold before you....*****ONE DAY AT A TIME*****
It's in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living, part of the OVERALL PURPOSE he is working out in everything and everyone. Ephesians 1:11-12 We serve a God who is VERY much alive and IN CHARGE. He is on the throne and doesn't miss a thing! He is watching over His word to perform it. His Word STANDS. So if we're standing on the Word?.......We won't be shaken or moved:) Secure. Steadfast and resolute! Now that's some GOOD news!
..................Because His plans for you are intricately woven into yesterday, TODAY, AND tomorrow.
That should give you PEACE for today and HOPE for tomorrow. Don't miss all the goodness He has stored up for you TODAY. It's all you have in this moment. So live it FULLY.
